The Marketing Merge - A New Crossroad
It certainly got my attention - the merging of network marketing and the internet. Having used a very traditional approach to networking for years, I struggled with the thought of starting something new. At the same time, I could not say that the traditional way was without its own list of problems. The ability to generate MLM leads was getting more difficult and the whole process more and more time consuming. Maybe that's why my attention was peaked. Maybe it was time.
A large part of my hesitation stemmed from my lack of internet experience. Part of the 50 plus age group, I could find my way around the internet, but my skills were nothing to brag about. I found an ezine article by Claire Covington dated March 4, 2008. In her article, Claire does a great job of addressing the complexity of the internet to the inexperienced, and doesn't leave it there, but goes on to encourage those of us with the desire, to push ahead and learn this new marketing model.
A marketing system like this one is becoming more than a want. It's becoming a need. I was intrigued thinking about the potential of prospects finding me instead of the other way around. The time leveraging alone is staggering. With this new crossroad of merging traditional network marketing and the internet, my efforts can be multiplied over and over again.
So, what prevents us from grabbing onto this new marketing tool? The answer could be as simple as this: we have been exposed too many times to systems that produce poor results. And even if they do work, most of them are too difficult for the average person to implement. With the introduction of a complete training system to pull it all together, the merging of network marketing and the internet have truly become accessible to anyone.
We each have twenty four hours in a day and it is our choice to waste or invest it. By using the internet to generate MLM leads, some of that precious commodity called Time is returned to us. With a new model to follow and step-by-step tutorials to guide the process, the crossroad at which network marketers find themselves today is both intriguing and captivating. The need has presented itself, the system is in place. It is time for the refreshing kind of change this system offers.
